Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
This policy allows us to offer your time slot to other clients and respects the commitment we’ve made to reserve your appointment.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment, a deposit is required to secure your new date and time. Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and provide no notice will be charged the full service fee.
